This private golf course sits on 155 acres in southeastern Connecticut
With an increase in membership and the need for more hospitality space, the 1990’s club was due for a contemporary upgrade
Designs for the main floor of the clubhouse extended the roof line for more shade on the patio, added an outdoor bar and second firepit, and renovated restrooms and office space
Interior plans modernized the ballroom with direct access to the exterior porch
Interior finishes and furniture were by SP+A’s interior design studio
Landscape design by Aris Land Studio surround the new additions
A successful design/build project with Carlin Construction
