Chamber Offices & Innovation Center, New London, CT

Former office building was renovated to house the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut headquarters and Innovation Center.
Center provides job training, apprenticeships and business development opportunities for workers an entrepreneurs in the region.
Space include nice office spaces for rent in addition to collaborative workstations and desks. Also serves as incubator space for startups in need of resources.
Renovations included a new kitchen, private wellness room, two conference rooms, a large outdoor patio, free-onsite parking and electrical vehicle charging stations.
